Registration Policies

Cancellations & No Shows

There will be a $25.00 No-Show Fee charged to any student who does not show for their scheduled class, (or) to any student who does not give at least 24-hours’ notice to cancel or change the date of their class

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late to class you will need to reschedule. Please note a $25.00 No Show/Late fee will be applied in order to reschedule course dates. This does not apply to AHA Skills Testing Courses where tardiness is not allowed. Please see Course Description for more details. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided to those unable to attend the scheduled class if they notify CCFD5 at least 24-hours prior to the start of the class. All eligible refunds (for either courses or products) must be requested within 90 days of the original purchase date.

 

Please see Enrollment Agreement for EMT Refund Policy. There is a $150 Non-Refundable EMT Application Fee.

Administrative Fee

There will be a $25.00 administrative fee charged to any student who arrives for an American Heart Association Renewal course with an expired certification. The student will need to reregister for a provider course and the administrative fee will be applied to any eligible refunds requested for the original course. 

Class Transfer & Changes

A customer is allowed a one-time transfer to another class date by contacting CCFD5 directly at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class date

 

One transfer per registration is allowed. No refunds on transfers.

 

We reserve the right to cancel a class. You may transfer to the next class if space is available by contacting CCFD5 directly
